This Z-paper  1003 by Herb Zinser   uses Nature's SYMBOL MACHINE words, languages, proper nouns, equations, and concepts to understand the CRYPTIC writings of newspaper reporters, editors and publishers,  and book authors.

The SYMBOL MACHINE is comprised of English language words and concepts, math and physics equations, biochemistry diagrams, electromagnetic sin wave schematics, etc.   The SYMBOL MACHINE equivalent are basic college textbooks in math and science  that may be found in any  bookstore  or a bookstore near a university.

Let's look at some proper nouns and other words that provide CLUES to Nature's message processing system ... with possible messages for  people that are interested in CRYPTIC situations.

The GM product

For Earth, using M_\oplus as the symbol for the mass of the Earth, we have

 \mu = GM_\oplus = ( 398 600.4418 \pm 0.0008 ) \ \mbox{km}^{3} \ \mbox{s}^{-2}.

The standard gravitational parameter GM appears as above in Newton's law of universal gravitation, as well as in formulas for the deflection of light caused by gravitational lensing, in Kepler's laws of planetary motion, and in the formula for escape velocity.
